As a Channel and Content Planner for paid social media you will develop strategic content plans for paid social media campaigns translating marketing priorities into engaging and effective activations globally. You will work closely with Marketing Planners Creative Production and H&M Studios owning content briefs and ensuring they are tailored to secure content for the paid social audience. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing Activation (media) Customer Groups and Sales to secure creative material to execute the paid social media plan.
- Maintain a holistic brand and business mindset creating an approach to channel and content planning that focuses on channel behavior and audience.
- Accountable for the curation of effective customer and marketing strategies for your channel(s).
- Build detailed channel-specific content briefs.
- Solid understanding of your channel market competitor and customer context. Connecting this insight to an activation plan and content framework that secures growth.
- Own decisions connected to your channel from a Brand and Marketing perspective including product activations through close alignment with Product Customer Experience and Sales teams.
- Continuously evolve channel strategies analyzing past performance and setting plans based on data insights and customer behavior.

We are looking for people with
- 3 years of experience in marketing communication content planning or channel management.
- Experience in developing detailed content plans and writing briefs for specific channels while aligning with organizational goals and KPI targets.
- B2C in-house or agency experience is a bonus.
- Experience working with paid social media marketing a plus
And people who have
- Positive service-minded mindset and great administration skills.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
