The Role

As Commercial Executive you will be responsible for supporting the teamwear commercial team in delivering growth targets through both existing and new business opportunities.

This role will be based at our teamwear head office and will work closely with the sales team as well as other operational and commercial functions to ensure that we are growing our teamwear business unit in a sustainable and profitable manner.

You will also be responsible for managing our new business pipeline as well as account management of some of our teamwear accounts.

This role is based in our Teamwear BU office in Leeds but travel to Manchester and external events is required

Responsibilities

Be the face of Castore Teamwear to our partners and customers for an agreed portfolio of customers

Support the broader commercial team throughout the end to end sales process to ensure we are delivering world class customer service to our partners

Identify develop and respond to new business development opportunities to support the growth of the Castore Teamwear business unit

Work with other support functions within and beyond the teamwear business unit to ensure that our customers and partners are receiving a high level of customer service and support

Work closely with the marketing eCom and sales teams to develop an activation plan to drive awareness and conversion of Castore Teamwear

Attend key external and industry events to drive awareness and lead generation of Castore Teamwear and be an ambassador for Castore at all times

Skills & Experience

Skills and Experience:

Customer service or account management experience within the sports industry (preferred)

An understanding of the end to end sales process from lead development through to delivery

An organised and analytical approach to ensuring results are delivered by focussing on key priorities as well as the desire to learn and improve processes/ways of working

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills in both internal and external settings is essential

Capability in essential Microsoft Office applications Excel PowerPoint Word

Personal Qualities:

A passion for delivering first class customer service

A passion for teamsports and desire to understand the needs of consumers and customers within the teamwear market

Requires excellent interpersonal skills must be approachable personable with a positive attitude willing to help and provide support as needed. A team player

Excellent communicator with an ability to present complex ideas in a simple to understand manner clearly concisely and accurately to both internal and external stakeholders

Able to make decisions on work issues that impact the successful completion of tasks.

Ability to analyse data insights and trends and use as a basis to solve problems.

Flexible approach and willingness to further learn
