Job Summary
RepairDesk is a modern repair shop management software with 40 powerful integrations and modules. The software is customisable to meet the workflows of single-store multi-store and franchise repair businesses in various industry verticals. Available in 30 languages RepairDesk is trusted by over 3000 businesses globally helping them save time manage inventory and run profitable repair stores.
Tasks
Join our team and play a key role in shaping the user experience by working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams. If youre passionate about solving user problems and contributing to product strategy we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
- Identify opportunities for product improvement and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Stay ahead of trends analyzing how new products meet market demands and customer preferences.
Collaborate:
- Partner with engineers and product managers to create MVPs while maintaining product excellence.
- Share your work in design reviews and gather feedback from leadership.
Improve:
- Iterate designs based on user feedback (quantitative & qualitative).
- Revise and refine designs to align with evolving customer needs.
Requirements
Experience:
- 1 years of relevant design experience (portfolio required).
- Strong understanding of design systems and user-centered design principles.
- Familiarity with modern design tools and processes like facilitation research interaction and visual design.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment balancing user needs with business goals.
Skills:
- Ability to write PRDs (requirement docs) if needed.
- Interest in product strategy and vision with a creative problem-solving mindset.
- Leadership qualities with a knack for influence and persuasion.
