JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and maintain excellent customer service.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Analyze customer accounts and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of sales and client interactions in the company CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a strong passion for sales.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Other:
- Must be able to work full-time and in person at the assigned location.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or evenings if necessary.
