Key Responsibilities:

Create visually stunning and engaging content for social media platforms including static posts reels carousels and hiring ads.
Develop graphics and visuals that align with our brand guidelines and effectively communicate our messaging.
Conceptualize and design infographics mockups and other multimedia assets.
Collaborate with internal teams to create internal communication graphics for work anniversary posts birthday celebrations promotions and more.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our visuals remain fresh and relevant.

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative abilities.
Proficiency in Canva Adobe Photoshop and other design software/tools.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new concepts.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Understanding of social media platforms and how visuals perform on each platform.
Strong attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines.

Nice to Have:

Ability to create content based on creative briefs demonstrating a self-starter mentality.
Experience with tools such as Veed Social Champ and Descript.
A Behance portfolio highlighting your past work and creative projects.
