What you should have:

• 5 years of experience in hospitality with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager role;
• Strong team coordination and communication skills;
• Fluency in English and Greek (Italian is a plus!);
• A knack for problem-solving and staying cool under pressure;
• A people-first mindset with an eye for guest experience and team wellbeing;
• Comfort with digital tools booking systems and hospitality tech;
• Previous hostel experience is a big plus.

What youll be doing:

• Supporting the Square Lover in overseeing all departments: Reception/Bar Kitchen Housekeeping and Maintenance;
• Being a daily point of reference for the team ensuring tasks are clear spirits are high and operations run smoothly;
• Monitoring service standards resolving guest issues and keeping the YellowSquare vibe alive;
• Coordinating shifts schedules and workflows;
• Assisting with admin tasks reporting inventory and ensuring compliance with local Greek regulations.
