Job Title: Test Architect Sr. QA Automation
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Test Architect Sr. QA Automation to lead our automation strategy and ensure the quality reliability and performance of our web this role you will architect design and enhance test automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium driving best practices and guiding teams toward engineering excellence.

The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise leadership qualities and a passion for building scalable automation solutions in Agile and DevOps environments.

Key Responsibilities

Test Architecture & Framework Development

Design develop and maintain scalable reusable and robust automation frameworks using Playwright and Selenium.
Establish automation standards guidelines and best practices across QA teams.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and deployment.
Evaluate new tools technologies and approaches to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of testing.

Automation Design & Execution

Develop comprehensive automated test scripts for functional regression API and performance testing.
Ensure strong test coverage across applications by collaborating closely with developers product managers and QA engineers.
Execute automated and manual test cycles logging and tracking defects while ensuring timely resolution.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

Analyze test results identify patterns and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.
Drive continuous improvement in automation strategy frameworks and processes.
Mentor QA team members on automation techniques tools and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
5 years of hands-on experience in QA automation with strong expertise in Playwright and Selenium.
Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript TypeScript Java or C#.
Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest Mocha JUnit or PyTest.
Solid understanding of CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI Azure DevOps).
Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML CSS and JavaScript.
Excellent analytical debugging and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
