Job Summary

Director Automation (RPA & UI Path)

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Director of Automation to lead our strategic initiatives in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UI Path. This is a pivotal full-time role based in Hyderabad India where you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation through automation across our organization.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy focusing on RPA and UI Path implementation.
Lead and mentor a team of automation specialists fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of automation projects from identification and design to development deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Establish best practices governance frameworks and quality standards for RPA development and deployment.
Monitor the performance of automated processes identify areas for optimization and ensure sustained value delivery.
Manage vendor relationships and stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the automation landscape.
Drive the adoption of automation across different business units providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
Between 14 and 20 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles with a significant focus on automation.
Demonstrated expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies with a strong command of UI Path.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale automation programs.
Extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams and complex projects.
Strong understanding of business process analysis system integration and solution architecture.
Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Experience working in a formal professional environment.
