Job Title : Senior Business Analyst (Workday Integrations PeopleSoft HCM HRIS)
Location: Atlanta GA (Hybrid- Local to Atlanta)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Responsibilities - Review and resolve data conversion and integration issues identify root causes and ensure accurate data population into Workday.
- Provide technical support for system maintenance enhancements and upgrades.
- Deliver tier-two user support and troubleshoot functional or technical issues.
- Act as a liaison between business units and the technical team to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Document business processes technical findings and high-quality project deliverables.
Mandatory Qualifications - Strong data analysis skills.
- Demonstrated success in implementing complex HRIS integrations.
- Extensive experience managing and optimizing large-scale Workday environments.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel SQL and/or data analysis tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop and present high-quality detailed documentation.
- Direct experience implementing and administering HRIS systems.
- Direct experience supporting large-scale HR system integrations.
- Experience administering PeopleSoft HCM.
Preferred Qualifications - Direct experience administering Workday Benefits with multiple integration partners.
- Experience supporting HR technology initiatives in the public sector.
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data conversions.
