Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) provides physical therapy services to patients in their homes focusing on geriatric cases. This role requires a minimum of one year of recent experience a commitment to meeting weekly productivity goals and the ability to manage a caseload of 5-7 patients per day. The PTA must be flexible with territory assignments and ensure timely documentation and communication.

Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy treatments to patients in their homes.
- Manage a caseload of 5-7 patients per day.
- Meet a minimum of 30 points weekly for productivity.
- Travel within a 60-mile radius from the hub/office.
- Complete timely documentation and communication.
- Adhere to dress code (scrubs any color no jeans).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant license.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a PTA.
- Experience with geriatric cases.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Home Health EMR experience (HCHB).
- Willingness to work at a travel rate.
Special Considerations:
- No on-call requirements.
- Traveler expected to be flexible with territory assignments.
Scheduling:
- 40 guaranteed hours per week.
- Schedule to be confirmed during the interview.
