Job Summary

AI /Python/ Developer

Detroit MI or Austin TX

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: Open Were looking for developers who can build AI agents across Glean and Slack. Specifically we need folks who can take enterprise workflows (IT HR MFG Supply Chain etc.) and turn them into operational agents using LLMs RAG and API integrations.

Core skills needed:

Building Glean agents (conversational flows task automation RAG patterns tool calling)
Building Slack agents using Bolt workflows functions events and API integrations
Strong Python/Node/TS engineering background
Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain LangGraph or equivalent)
Ability to create a reusable agent boilerplate for multi-step reasoning
Integrating with enterprise systems (Workday Jira Salesforce ServiceNow etc.)
Understanding of security governance and logging requirements at enterprise scale
