Job Summary
Hiring: W2 Candidates Only
Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA
Key Responsibilities

Design develop and customize ERP applications and modules

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
-
Develop reports workflows forms and integrations
-
Customize ERP systems using platform-specific tools and languages
-
Integrate ERP systems with third-party applications and APIs
-
Perform system configuration enhancements and upgrades
-
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP application issues
-
Optimize ERP system performance and scalability
-
Ensure data integrity security and compliance
-
Support ERP implementations migrations and rollouts
-
Collaborate with functional consultants business users and IT teams
-
Prepare technical documentation and user guides
Education & Experience
-
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering
-
8 years of ERP development experience (varies by role level)
Required Skills
-
Strong experience with ERP platforms (SAP Oracle ERP Microsoft Dynamics NetSuite Odoo)
-
Proficiency in programming languages (ABAP Java C# .NET Python SQL - platform dependent)

Experience with ERP customization and extensions

Knowledge of ERP modules (Finance SCM HR Manufacturing CRM)

Experience with database management and SQL

Understanding of ERP integrations and middleware

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills

Experience with ERP cloud platforms

Knowledge of ERP reporting and analytics

Familiarity with SOA / REST / SOAP services

Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
