We are looking for a Personal Lines Department Director to lead our service team drive retention and ensure operational excellence. This is a strategic high-impact role where your leadership directly shapes client satisfaction team culture and sustainable growth.
Location: Kansas (at an office in Louisburg Paola Overland Park Lawrence or Topeka) Hybrid flexibility available

- Client Retention & Growth: Support proactive renewals cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and relationship-building strategies.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use dashboards and metrics to guide coaching identify opportunities and improve results.
- Collaboration & Market Partnerships: Partner with producers and carriers to strengthen placements resolve escalations and enhance the client experience
What Were Looking For:
- 7 years in the insurance industry including 3 years in leadership within Personal Lines or client-service operations.
- Have at least 3 years of experience within an independent agency
- Proven success leading service teams improving processes and driving client satisfaction.
- Hands-on experience working with carriers and producers to resolve issues and strengthen relationships.
- Strong coach communicator and collaborator who leads by influence and example.
- Deep understanding of Personal Lines products carrier appetites and agency operations.
