What youll be doing

Designing structural components including foundations retaining walls slabs framing systems and miscellaneous structural elements
Preparing calculations drawings and technical reports
Reviewing civil site plans and coordinating on load paths grading impacts and constructability considerations
Completing field inspections construction observations and structural assessments
Collaborating with civil engineers surveyors project managers and architects
Ensuring compliance with codes standards and best practices
Supporting the development of junior engineering staff as needed

What were looking for

Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
2-5 years of structural engineering experience preferred
Proficiency with structural analysis and CAD modeling software
Strong understanding of building codes load calculations and structural design principles
Ability to manage project responsibilities with strong attention to detail
Effective communication and a collaborative solutions-driven mindset
