Job Description: Lead strategic customer success at an early-stage AI HR Tech startup. Youll deploy and configure cutting-edge AI recruiting agents for enterprise clients build deep relationships with senior stakeholders and drive commercial growth. This hands-on role involves shaping the product and scaling processes in a fast-paced founder-led environment.

Location: Berlin Germany

What you will do:

Deploy and configure AI agents for enterprise clients ensuring successful adoption and value delivery.
Engage with senior stakeholders to understand needs and enable value at scale building the enterprise sales motion.
Drive automation projects road-test new product features and provide critical feedback to product and engineering.

The ideal candidate:

Minimum 2 years experience in roles engaging with medium/large corporates or high-growth scale-ups (e.g. consulting solution engineering CS talent acquisition).
Native-level German speaker and fluent in English to serve a strong German client base.
Strong problem-solving communication and ownership mindset with technical comfort (basic Python) to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
