Youll deploy and configure cutting-edge AI recruiting agents for enterprise clients build deep relationships with senior stakeholders and drive commercial growth. The ideal candidate:
Minimum 2 years experience in roles engaging with medium/large corporates or high-growth scale-ups (e.g. consulting solution engineering CS talent acquisition).
Native-level German speaker and fluent in English to serve a strong German client base.
Strong problem-solving communication and ownership mindset with technical comfort (basic Python) to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
