Job Description: Full Stack Software Engineer
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team. Youll work closely with the Head of Engineering and other developers to design build and deliver robust scalable and user-centric applications.
You will work across the stack from crafting intuitive user interfaces to developing performant backend services and APIs. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver an eager learner and thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment.
While the primary focus is on full-stack development youll also have opportunities to experiment with agentic AI components and automation frameworks as part of our evolving platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test and deploy high-quality web applications across the full stack.
- Collaborate with product managers designers and peers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Contribute to frontend (React Angular or similar) and backend ( Java or Python) codebases.
- Build and maintain APIs and data integration layers.
- Participate in code reviews ensuring maintainability and scalability.
- Engage in continuous learning exploring new tools and technologies including AI frameworks.
- Support CI/CD automated testing and DevOps practices for efficient delivery.
Qualifications
- 35 years of professional experience in full-stack web application development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript modern frontend frameworks (React Angular or Vue) and backend technologies ( Java or Python).
- Experience with RESTful APIs microservices and cloud deployment (AWS GCP or Azure).
- Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.).
- Understanding of CI/CD Git and agile development practices.
- Good communication and collaboration skills with a growth mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI/automation tools LLM APIs or intelligent agent frameworks.
- Experience with containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
- Interest in product design UX and data-driven development.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
