Position Summary
The Field Representative I BSS supports Ricohs Business Process Outsourcing operations by performing high-speed data entry validation document classification and quality control of digital and hardcopy documents. This role ensures accuracy of extracted data redactions metadata indexing check processing and fiscal reconciliation. The position requires strong attention to detail fast and accurate typing and the ability to analyze exceptions in automated data extraction. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment maintain production standards and ensure strict data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Document Processing

Perform high-speed manual key data entry (15000 keystrokes per hour) from hardcopy and digital images.

Verify manually keyed data and ensure accuracy throughout the data entry process.
-
Validate classification of automatically categorized documents and correct exceptions as needed.
-
Validate automatically extracted data from digital documents correcting low-confidence outputs.
-
Review and validate automated redactions; adjust or correct redaction errors.
-
Enter and verify metadata index fields manually from digital documents.
-
Maintain quality control checks on digitally converted documents ensuring accuracy against hardcopy originals.
Check Processing Responsibilities
-
Validate incoming checks ensuring proper payee valid date signatures and supporting documentation.
-
Analyze automatically extracted check CAR/LAR amounts and make corrections as necessary.

Perform check batch reconciliations and ensure proper fiscal control.
-
Distribute check amounts and account data as required by the customer.
-
Generate Check Return Letters as needed in accordance with policies and procedures.

Research and analyze check distributions when exceptions arise.
Quality Production & Compliance

Maintain accuracy and meet production standards as established by the BSS BPO Manager.

Work quickly and steadily to meet daily deadlines while maintaining error-free output.

Complete required paperwork accurately clearly and on time.
-
Adapt to changing processes and workflow requirements.
-
Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency quality and attention to detail.
-
Assist with additional tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
-
Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
-
Proven 10-key experience (10000 keystrokes per hour required).

Typing speed of 45 WPM with minimal errors (typing test required).

Familiarity with personal computers and data entry software.
-
Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships.

Strong customer service and organizational skills.

Ability to perform repetitive tasks maintain accuracy and meet production targets.
