WANTED! An experienced and energetic Lettings Manager is required to oversee the full property rental process at a friendly local estate agency in the Christchurch area to develop exceptional tenant and landlord relations win new business build the lettings portfolio and ensure compliance across all lettings activities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer-focused Lettings Manager to take responsibility for a diverse property portfolio and help grow the business and develop a career in Lettings.

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the lettings process from marketing and tenant engagement to compliance and renewals working as part of a supportive property team committed to delivering exceptional service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Manage the full lettings process from property marketing to move-in.
• Conduct viewings and liaise with prospective tenants to progress applications.
• Prepare and manage tenancy agreements renewals and related documentation in line with legislation.
• Maintain accurate lettings records and ensure full compliance.
• Carry out regular property inspections and arrange prompt maintenance or repairs.
• Implement strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords tenants and partner agencies.
• Keep up to date with current lettings legislation and ensure business-wide compliance.

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in lettings property management or a related administrative role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational ability with effective multitasking and prioritisation.
• A professional detail-oriented approach.
• Good working knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance procedures (preferred).
• Confident working independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
• Full UK driving licence (pool car available for property visits).
