This is a full-time position available for an immediate start and would suit someone confident in leading site operations within a busy secondary school environment.

The Role

You will oversee the daily operation of the school premises ensuring buildings and grounds are safe secure and well maintained at all times. Working closely with senior leadership you will manage site staff and external contractors coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include opening and closing the site overseeing security procedures carrying out and recording health and safety checks managing reactive and planned maintenance and supporting site improvement projects. You will also be responsible for supervising contractors on site and ensuring work is completed safely efficiently and to a high standard.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience in a Site Manager Facilities Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance
Experience supervising staff and external contractors
Practical maintenance knowledge and strong organisational skills
