As we continue to expand we are seeking a Director of Operations to strengthen internal systems enhance delivery workflows and support the company in achieving operational excellence.

Position Overview
The Director of Operations will oversee operational infrastructure optimize company processes and ensure alignment across sales marketing and client delivery teams. This role is key in building scalable systems improving efficiency and maintaining a high-quality execution standard across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a systems-driven analytical leader with the ability to translate company goals into structured processes improved performance and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and improve operational workflows to support scalable and efficient delivery.
Build enhance and document SOPs across marketing sales and client service teams to ensure consistency and accountability.
Ensure smooth communication and handoffs between departments to maintain a strong client experience.
Implement systems and processes to track performance productivity and operational output.
Evaluate tools automation and infrastructure needs to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Support hiring onboarding and training for operational roles as the company scales.
Collaborate with leadership to set operational priorities define strategies and execute on company-wide growth initiatives.
Foster a culture of ownership transparency and continuous improvement across the organization.
