Job Summary

As an Account Manager at AccuWeather for the Business division you will be responsible for driving customer renewals identifying upsell opportunities conducting business reviews and fostering long-term relationships with our partners. Youll work as part of a dynamic customer-focused team helping clients maximize the value they receive from AccuWeathers products and services while contributing to business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Renewals: Regularly engage with customers to ensure the successful renewal of contracts. Focus on maintaining high customer satisfaction while ensuring strong profitability for AccuWeather.
  • Upsell & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand services within your book of business. Collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and drive growth by upselling relevant products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular check-ins strategic touchpoints and business reviews. Ensure customers are maximizing the value of AccuWeathers offerings and are up to date on new features or solutions.
  • Business Development: Contribute to the sales pipeline by identifying business opportunities through outreach to prospective customers.
  • Other duties as assigned as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in a related field or the equivalent in education and experience
  • Previous experience with Enterprise large corporate sales environments is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage both external and internal customer relationships.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to interpret customer needs and collaborate with other teams to provide world-class service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently but also comfortable working as part of a team to drive customer success.
  • Proven track record of managing customer accounts renewals and growing client relationships.
  • Meteorological experience is a plus for this role
