This is a remote position.
We are looking for an Account Executive with at least 3 years of experience to join our rapidly scaling go-to-market team. Were seeking a competitive independently driven individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to win. This is an evergreen role and we are looking to hire multiple AEs to help us expand our marketplace for specialized vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in a full-cycle sales role at an early-stage venture-backed startup and thrive in ambiguous fast-paced environments. Experience selling to government municipalities is a strong plus.
What will you be doing
Take end-to-end ownership of the full sales cycle from sourcing and discovery to closing new logos.
Balance a 50/50 split of inbound and outbound sales motions to build your own pipeline and drive new business.
Engage directly with customers including traveling to meet them in person to understand their needs and build strong relationship-driven partnerships.
Work collaboratively with a low ego representing the company conferences and in front of customers like fire chiefs and fleet managers.
Maintain a highly organized and disciplined approach utilizing CRMs to manage your growing book of business.
Requirements
Must Have:
- 3 years of experience in a full-cycle closing-focused sales role at an early-stage venture-backed startup.
- 3 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role including outbound prospecting.
- Willingness to travel to meet with customers in person.
- Competitive spirit desire to win; ability to build strong non-technical customer relationships.
Nice to Have:
- Experience selling to government municipalities (e.g. fire departments).
- Located in the Midwest US South West Coast or Southeast.
