Job Summary

Target Start Date: 1st week of February 2026

Shift: Rotating Shift with 2 days off

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Makati)

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage IT operations across stores and the head office ensuring system uptime
and reliability.
Oversee installation configuration and maintenance of hardware software and network
systems.
Provide technical support for POS systems inventory management tools and other retail
applications.
Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and data protection standards.
Coordinate with global IT teams for system updates integrations and troubleshooting.
Manage vendor relationships for IT equipment software licensing and service agreement

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in a local or international retail company
Strong knowledge of networking hardware troubleshooting and retail systems (POS ERP).
Familiarity with IT security protocols and compliance standards
Above average English communication skills as this will also support expats
Amenable to travel within the Greater Manila Area
Bachelors degree
