Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional ERPNextConsultant to lead end-to-end ERPNext
implementations. The role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to analyze business
requirements design ERPNext-based solutions configure modules and ensure successful project delivery. You
will be instrumental in optimizing clients business processes and ensuring seamless adoption of ERPNext
solutions.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather and analyze business requirements and translate
them into detailed functional specifications.
Design configure and customize ERPNext modules to align with business processes and objectives.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend effective solutions to bridge functional gaps within the ERPNext
system.
Perform system testing create and execute test scripts and ensure delivery quality and accuracy.
Provide end-user training documentation and post-implementation support to ensure smooth
system adoption.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in coordination with technical and development teams.
Stay up-to-date with the latest ERPNext versions features and community updates providing
recommendations for system enhancements.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery within defined
scope and budget.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations workflows and
customizations.
Must-Have
Strong hands-on experience in ERPNext implementation and configuration across modules.
Proven ability in business process analysis requirements gathering and solution design.
Experience with functional testing validation and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication documentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with
cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
Strong business acumen in project planning management and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent verbal written and organizational skills.
