Job Description Summary:
The service administrator is responsible for handling the service annual report collection and analysis including service working report parts consumption and price inquiry then prepare it according to the requirements from customers to better serve our customer and win the business.
Job Responsibilities:
Collect the annual service report on regular frequency from sales and customers
Collect service working report and parts consumption cross team internally then analyze the usage if necessary
Double check the consistency of the service annual report with the contract ensure the accuracy of the report
Prepare and send the final annual report to customers
Prepare the Sofon of TM project of GCR service of IGT and CT
Other tasks assigned by the line manager
Minimum required Education:
Bachelors degree
IT informatics major is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Automation tool development e.g. RPA or Power automate
Microsoft Office
Documentation & Reporting
Data Analysis & Interpretation
