规划控制工程师
岗位职责
负责无人驾驶车辆的路径规划与轨迹生成 基于感知的行为规划跟车规划位移速度规划基于障碍物的轨迹与速度规划并保证系统安全以及车辆平顺运行 开发纵向横向控制算法PIDMPCLQR等实现高精度轨迹跟踪 与感知定位决策模块协作完成规划控制系统的集成与调试 在仿真平台及实车环境中进行算法验证性能优化及问题分析 参与系统安全冗余设计提升系统可靠性
任职要求
- 学历背景自动化控制工程车辆工程计算机机器人等相关专业硕士及以上学历
- 专业技能
- 熟悉常用路径规划算法A*DijkstraRRTRRT*Hybrid A*优化方法如梯度下降MPC非线性优化等
- 掌握车辆动力学模型及控制理论PIDMPCLQR等
- 精通C与Python具备良好的工程实现能力
- 熟悉机器学习深度学习强化学习在规划控制领域的应用
- 了解行业前沿的端到端E2EVLA世界模型等技术概念
- 经验要求
- 有无人驾驶或智能驾驶相关项目经验
- 熟悉ROS/ROS2CyberRT等中间件具备仿真和实车调试经验
- 其他要求
- 具备良好的问题分析能力和团队协作能力
- 英文文献阅读能力强
加分项
- 有自动驾驶开源项目经验ApolloAutoware
- 熟悉优化求解器OSQPIpopt或深度学习在规划控制中的应用
- 有车辆测试场或道路测试经验
- 顶会如CVPR ICRA RSS等中发表过相关无人驾驶论文者优先
