Workforce Planning Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Defines and implements cross-modality workforce plans aligned with service demand forecasts and financial targets.

Integrates dynamic IB-based service demand workforce capacity and cost into standardized workforce forecasting models to support robust scenario planning.

Deploys and leverages automation and digital tools to improve workforce planning accuracy scalability and operational efficiency.

Monitors and analyzes workforce utilization efficiency and performance metrics to drive resource deployment optimization.

Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce plans and implement structured cost governance.

Drives and executes targeted workforce initiatives to underpin financial targets while maintaining service quality.

Develops and presents data-driven workforce insights forecasts and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders for strategic decision making.

Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations in all workforce planning activities.



Minimum required Education:
Bachelors degree or above in Business Analytics Operations Management Human Resources Management Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelors OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Masters in areas such as Service Delivery Service Operations or equivalent.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
