Alfred Health is a leader in health care delivery improvement research and education. We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne from ambulatory to inpatient and home and community-based services. On 1 January 2026 Alfred Health will come together with Kooweerup Regional Health Service Peninsula Health Bass Coast Health and Gippsland Southern Health Service to create Bayside Health a newly merged health service with more than 22000 employees caring for a community of over 1.2 million Victorians. The new health service will provide people with the best possible care with services that support them throughout their lives. The merger will also strengthen our workforce providing new training education and career opportunities. Subject to final approval on 1 January 2026 all employees from the five health services will transfer to Bayside Health.

We are now seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our dynamic HRIS team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the project and help shape our future organisational structure particularly in relation to the upcoming Health Service merger.
The Department
The Finance Program provides financial and ancillary services to Alfred Health. These include Financial Accounting Financial Services Data and Analytics Performance Monitoring and Reporting Capital Expenditure and Asset Management Accounts Payable and Receivable Patient Revenue Services Treasury HRIS and Payroll Procurement Property and Supply Chain.
The Role
The Change Management Lead SuccessFactors is responsible for developing and executing change strategies to ensure the smooth adoption of the new Bayside SuccessFactors (SF) common platform instance. This includes assessing change impacts creating communication and training plans along with associated collateral managing stakeholder engagement whilst measuring the success of the change initiatives. The role is crucial for minimizing resistance and maximizing employee proficiency with SuccessFactors and related process changes. The role will lead a team of change analysts and work closely with both our implementation partners and each of the five in-scope health services to understand develop and deliver appropriate and training initiatives to ultimately help ensure successful project delivery and user adoption.
