You will be responsible for helping our customers effectively engage withoursolutions(Talent Learning). You will be dedicated to making our customers stronger and seeking out opportunities for growth.
Although you possess a strategic approach to selling and strive to meet/exceed revenue goals you will always have your clients best interest in mind and act as their internal advocate to ensure they are set up for success.
External (CustomerFacing) Activities
Researches the Customers business and prepares thoughtful questions and insights ahead of meetings.
Asks layered openended questions to uncover and clarify Customer objectives and challenges beyond surfacelevel details.
Builds strong relationships with multiple stakeholdersboth vertically and horizontallyacross the Customers organization.
Adapts communication style and content to suit different stakeholder needs.
Leads with solutions not products when making recommendations aligned to Customer objectives.
Drives customer decisionmaking by creating a shared vision and proactively considering value propositions that resonate across all stakeholders.
Uses data and insights to support investment recommendations or to address and overcome customer objections.
Proactively mitigates churn risk with a thoughtful customercentric approach.
Engages customers consistently to confirm clarify and reinforce value; adjusts strategies to optimize ROI when necessary.
Drives customer growth by identifying opportunities to deliver greater value and expand impact.
Internal (Team / Operational) Activities
Thinks commercially and applies strong business acumen when crafting and negotiating commercial agreements.
Applies business acumen in Account Planning considering economic industry and company factors through a customercentric lens.
Maps all key stakeholders within an account to assess relationship strength and develop an effective outreach strategy.
Aligns with colleagues and crossfunctional teams through shared accountability for customer success.
Demonstrates humility and seeks help from colleagues when facing challenges or unfamiliar situations.
Maintains discipline in Territory Planning Account Planning Forecasting and Quota attainment.
Follows best practices in using CRM and other Sales tools to effectively manage Sales and Buyer cycles.
Sells with integrity.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of applicable sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
Proven track record of selling IT solutions (HR software or related experience preferred).
Proven experience driving SaaS opportunities.
Demonstrated success carrying a revenue target and developing strong territory plan to deliver the results.
Ability to assess business opportunities and accurately read prospective buyers.
Ability to identify cultivate and close highvalue opportunities in a consultative sales environment.
Skilled at gathering and applying data to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.
Ability to orchestrate deal closure through a clear understanding of prospect needs.
Ability to engage multiple partners and internal leaders using competitive selling strategies to position solutions against direct and indirect competitors.
Understand software contract terms and conditions with the ability to structure fair and balanced agreements.
Excellent communication collaboration negotiation and forecasting capabilities.
Business fluency in both English and Mandarin
