What Youll Do
As a Customer Service Intern youll play a key role in supporting our Brazilian market operations. Youll work closely with customers and distributors to ensure a seamless post-sales experience while developing technical expertise and communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting end users and distributors with product specifications and technical information
- Supporting customers with application-related inquiries and proper equipment usage
- Managing warranty claims and product replacement processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborating with Authorized Service Providers (ASPs) to facilitate service delivery
- Tracking service requests and maintaining clear communication with customers and partners
- Generating reports and supporting internal performance tracking
- Contributing to process improvements and initiatives that enhance the customer experience
What You Bring
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
- Expected graduation date after December 2027
- Basic understanding of electricity and electronics
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading and writing technical materials)
- Availability to work on-site in our São Paulo office (hybrid model)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with metrology concepts
- Experience using digital tools to improve efficiency

- Adaptability & Initiative: Proactive in identifying opportunities and navigating change
- Digital Fluency: Comfortable engaging with digital platforms and tools
- Empathy & Collaboration: Ability to understand and balance the needs of customers distributors and internal teams
