As Vice President of Leadership Development at Fidelity you will lead the design and execution of a strategy that equips leaders at all levels to deliver on Fidelitys people operational and strategic vision. Your work will focus on:
Evaluating flagship programs (NMX and VPX) to scale delivery in a way that is timely empathetic and practicalaligned with manager expectations talent management goals and firm-wide priorities.
Assessing the current development experience for high-potential senior leaders and aligning it with opportunities identified through talent reviews Fidelity Forward Leadership Principles and emerging business needs.
Collaborating with BU HR Learning and Talent leaders to ensure programs are relevant empathetic and actionable.
Leading a team to design and manage program offerings partnering closely with the Enterprise Learning Design Center of Excellence to shape and execute the development strategy.
Measuring program impact by developing a repeatable data analytics strategy in collaboration with the Talent People Analytics team.
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience leading teams and developing strategies in complex business environments. They will be able to demonstrate proven success delivering programs that require cross-functional collaboration to large diverse audiences. Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated success in influence relationship-building and co-creation are critical skills underlying success.
The successful candidate will have led teams through the full lifecycle of program design planning and implementation and ideally have knowledge of Fidelity Investments and its business landscape.
Last the successful candidate knows how to foster alignment and enthusiasm across diverse stakeholder groups with a collaborative outcome-focused mindset and will leverage technology to deliver innovative development experiences at the right moment for skill practice adoption and mastery.

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
