Job Summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales this role you will be responsible for identifying engaging and qualifying prospective customers helping to build a strong pipeline for our Account Executives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in enterprise SaaS sales within a specialist high-value market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively research identify and engage target accounts within assigned territories or market segments

  • Generate qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls emails LinkedIn events and campaigns)

  • Respond to inbound leads and assess fit urgency and buying intent

  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect challenges related to law firms and in house legal teams within corporations.

  • Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM (e.g. Salesforce)

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on messaging campaigns and target accounts

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline targets

  • Continuously develop knowledge of our products value proposition and the legal technology market

Required Skills & Experience

  • Entry level or 1 years of experience in a sales development business development or inside sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders (legal and innovation leaders)

  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and consultative discovery conversations

  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills

  • Resilient coachable and motivated by achieving targets

  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and sales engagement tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling into legal or professional services markets

  • Familiarity with enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales cycles

  • Exposure to account-based selling (ABM)

  • Interest in legal technology
