About the position
As a Customer Service and Sales Specialist in the B2C E-Commerce team you help customers solve problems and take great pride in delivering a great service.
We believe you are a skilled person for the Customer Service Representative role or if you have experience from a similar role is meritorious. You are an action-oriented problem solver with a customer obsessive mindset.
Youll be an important player in a fast-paced small team with the goal of keeping our customers happy. Your personal drive people skills and diligence are what will make a difference. You are customer focused executional and a team player. No issue is too small or too big - youll do whatever it takes to help our customers.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Manage incoming cases (coming through multiple channels) to our customer support regarding a wide range of Dometic related questions from our customers
- Proactively help our customers through a desire to constantly improve our processes
- Be the voice of the customer; bring real customer insights to the E-commerce team
- Make our customers our super-ambassadors
- Make a real impact in providing a premium support together with the team lead and team colleagues
- Help in developing AI tools to raise customer satisfaction
