Your role as a Customer Relationship Manageris to deliveran exceptionalexperience by working with customers to meet their end-to-end banking needs.

Whetheryoureguiding first home buyerscreatea plan topurchase or supporting a seasoned investoryoullplay an integral partofhelping our customers through the lending journey and driving growth.

In this dynamic and high-impact roleyoullmake your mark by:

  • Building a pipeline of lending leads. Keeping track of and nurturing these relationships throughout their buying journey using our CRM
  • Guiding customers through the lending process giving them peace of mind thatwerehere to help them achieve their goals
  • Leveraging your credit analysisexpertiseand understanding of customer needs ensuring positive lending outcomes for all and to future ready your customers for financial success
  • Building strong relationship-centric connections with the community the branch and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes for customers

This is a permanent full-time positionlocatedin San Remo.

Whatyoullbring to the role

To succeed in this roleyoullconsistently deliver exceptional customer you to have:

  • Extensive experience in customer service or sales
  • High levelof understanding of lending productspoliciesand regulations
  • An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
  • Highly developed credit analysis skills
  • An understanding of small business offerings
  • Consumer lending experience this is essential
