Ready for a fresh challenge This newly created part-time 3-month fixed-term role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to break into the dynamic purpose-driven world of fundraising. The Data Administrator ensures the accuracy and integrity of donation and transaction data. The role is responsible for the daily review and reconciliation of bank transactions against donor records to help support correct campaign coding. By maintaining high standards of data quality this position supports accurate reporting future targeting for fundraising campaigns and effective donor stewardship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily bank transactions are accurately reviewed against donor records and where needed donations are re-coded to the appropriate fundraising campaign.
  • Data spreadsheets and reports are maintained with accuracy consistency and updated in a timely manner.
  • Reconciled data supports reliable financial and fundraising reporting.
  • Actively contributes to the continuous improvement of reconciliation and data management processes through collaboration and constructive feedback.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Previous experience and success in a similar role (data entry administration) would be advantageous
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral (including active listening)
  • Strong time management prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to multi-task effectively to meet performance objectives
  • Excellent computer skills particularly MS Word and Excel
  • High attention to detail with a process-driven and methodical approach
  • A proactive solutions-focused mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • The ability to collaborate effectively and build positive working relationships
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
