We are looking for an HR Organizational Development Specialist to join our HR team in this role you will support organizational development initiatives and HR systems across the EMEA region. You will play a key part in enabling effective processes systems and people development structures to strengthen our HR platform and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the implementation and improvement of HR systems (HRIS) across EMEA
- Contribute to organizational development projects including training structures and talent programs
- Support regional HR operations processes and compliance initiatives
- Analyze and streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR activities
- Maintain strong alignment with the OD function and ensure HR activities reflect our evolving organization
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR. Experience with HRIS is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English; a second European language is a plus
- Familiarity with labor law and HR operations in the EMEA region
- Organized structured and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Effective communicator and team player
