You are the social media expert in our organization who brings high-impact recruitment campaigns to life and drives exceptional results on platforms like TikTok Meta Reddit and more. 

In this role youll combine your deep social media advertising expertise with a customer-first mindset to deliver recruitment marketing campaigns that connect top talent with great this role you communicate clearly and confidently building strong trust-based relationships with international clients and internal teams.

Youre passionate about the rapidly evolving landscape of social advertising (for recruitment) and constantly stay ahead of new platform features and trends. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead customer communication ensuring social media strategy is aligned with overall recruitment and business goals.
• Act as a trusted advisor translating customers talent needs into effective measurable social advertising solutions.
• Own the end-to-end setup execution and optimization of social media advertising campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Facebook/Instagram Ads TikTok).
• Analyze social platform performance data make data-driven audience and creative optimizations and ensure campaigns continuously improve.
• Collaborate with your Sales and Online Marketing colleagues (Google Programmatic etc.) to integrate social campaigns into a holistic media strategy and maximize results.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities within the social media channel helping customers scale their recruitment marketing efforts.

• Social Advertising Strategist: You have a proven track record in designing launching and managing successful paid campaigns across major social media platforms.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: You think critically interpret social advertising metrics (CPA CTR reach) and make informed decisions to drive campaign performance and customer success.
• Customer-Centric: You are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and know how to build strong long-lasting relationships.
• Creative & Optimization Expert: You have a strong understanding of which ad formats and creatives perform best on which social platforms and can rapidly A/B test and iterate for recruitment success.
• Organized Executor: You can manage multiple concurrent social advertising projects and stakeholders while maintaining a structured results-driven approach.
• Tech-Savvy & Adaptable: You quickly learn and adapt to new social media ad platform features trends and best practices in HR tech and recruitment marketing.
• Actively contribute to our strong team culture by working primarily from our Rotterdam office. Were looking for someone who lives in or near Rotterdam and enjoys being part of a vibrant in-person team environment.
• This role requires Dutch proficiency German is a big plus :)
