Job Summary
Managing the order process of its domestic and international customers
To get customer orders and enter the SAP system to follow up all the order process until they are shipped.
To get necessary actions for timely dispatch of orders in coordination with other support units.
To be in constant communication with the relevant units regarding the resolution of customer complaints.
Carrying out studies to increase customer satisfaction
Integrating new projects for customers into the system and ensuring their follow-up.
Qualifications :
Graduated from Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering faculties of universities
Good command of English
Able to use MS Office programs well
Preferably experienced in SAP/SD module and sales operations
Analytical thinking prone to teamwork
Having a drivers license and no travel limit
