Job Summary
- Developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for the PME Hotel Operations across New Zealand & Fiji
- Facilitating engagement between Accor and the owning companies ensuring commercial and productive relationships that drive mutual success.
- Delivering the combined financial return to Accor by enabling hotels in the region to meet financial objectives while maximising profitability for the company.
- Executing group and regional initiatives and projects across PME hotels
- Implementing regional strategic sales and marketing plans to drive market share and revenue growth.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a General Manager managing multiple Hotels brands and owners across multiple states
- Familiar with the New Zealand & Fiji landscape and practices
- Demonstrated success in driving the commercial performance of the business and delivering on KPIs
- Clear communication creating impactful relationships with the Regional team
- A proven leader with a strategic vision
- Fosters positive owner relationships while maximising performance
