Summary of Primary Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of strategic billing applications ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivery of system enhancements.
- Contribute to the full development lifecycle from design and coding to testing and deployment.
- Maintain system stability through proactive monitoring and patching.
- Engage with business users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts including automation and process optimization.
- Work closely with senior developers and managers to support modernization and cloud adoption initiatives.

- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrates ability to troubleshoot application issues develop bug fixes and implement software and configuration changes with minimal guidance
- Learning Agility: Quickly absorbs new concepts and technologies including cloud platforms and modern development tools and applies learning effectively to tasks.
- Collaboration & Communication: Builds strong working relationships with team members and business users ensuring smooth communication and effective project delivery.
- Operational Support: Has experience supporting enterprise applications including responding to user queries resolving incidents and contributing to process improvements.
- Problem Solving & Initiative: Proactively identifies opportunities to improve workflows or automate tasks and takes ownership of delivering practical solutions using modern tools and approaches.
