The Associate IT Security Analystwill researchidentifyandassistwithimplementation ofIdentify and Access Management(IAM)technologiesprocessesand procedures to ensure compliancewith policies and regulations.This individual will administer user accounts and access privileges in the organizations identity management system.This position will work closely with the IAM team to ensure that the right people have access to the right resources.As an Associate IT Security Analyst you will providefirst levelsupport for security incidents reported by monitoring systems and through Help Desk ticketing systems.

Essential Functions:

• Thisposition reports to theDirector InformationSystemsand has no direct or indirect reports.

• Flexible scheduleof 3 days in officewith coverage needs across global timezones.

• Up to 10% travel (domestic) with overnight staysisrequired..

• Investigate opportunities to update security system capabilities to sustain and enhance network and system security integrity.

• Grant/Terminateuser access toNetwork IT Information Systems andBusinessApplications globally.

• Collaborative with HR and/or Legal to make decisions on handling sensitive terminations.

• Usemonitor andmaintainvarious systems such as Active Directory and Exchange.

• Participate inpost-mortem investigation of network security incidents and prepare security incident reports documenting the findings.

• Investigateresearchand analyze security access control issues with auditors IT management HR.

• Administer the Litigation Hold process.

• Ensure Active Directory user and business applications accounts and access are createdmaintainedand deleted by authorized personnel and stay within IT Security processes and GRC compliance.

• Administer all contractor network accessenterprise wide.

• Respond to security incidents and report on incident handling and resolution.

• Research analyze develop design approve implement control monitor and maintain security and compliance policies company procedures and security access control and compliance specific technologies to protect the integrity availability ethical administration and confidentiality of all security access control policies and electronic information/data owned controlled or managed by the Company whether it be from intentional or accidental misuse.

Aself-driven individual whois able tomanage through changing prioritieswill be most effective in this position.

Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education Experience KnowledgeSkillsand Abilities):

• PreferredBachelorsdegree in relevant field orAssociatesdegree with 3 years of experience or 5 years of relevant experience.

• 1 yearsofexperience inInformationSecurity/Identity Access Management.

• Involved in troubleshooting and resolving IAM issues.

• Working knowledge of LinuxandWindows System administrationand associated scripting languages.

• Ability to communicate in English verbal and written.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience with multiple IT Security solutions/tools to include but not limited to:

• User identity lifecycle management solution products or role-based access control solutions

• Directory services products
