Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead (IC role) who can drive technical excellence mentor teams and
contribute to building scalable high-performing applications. This role is ideal for someone passionate about
full-stack development and modern technologies with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead technical design and development for complex projects.
Collaborate with architects and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
Stay hands-on with coding code reviews and troubleshooting critical issues.
Mentor and guide team members on best practices and emerging technologies.
Ensure high-quality deliverables through robust architecture and clean code.
Drive adoption of modern development practices CI/CD and cloud solutions.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical
experience).
814 years of experience in software development with at least 23 years in a Tech Lead role.
Strong ability to perform hands-on coding.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in agile environments and modern development practices.
Frontend: Strong experience with Angular (latest versions).
Backend: Proficiency in C# for enterprise-grade applications.
Database: Expertise in SQL and relational database design.
Solid understanding of software architecture design patterns and microservices Oops &
Solid Principles.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
