WIN NEW DISTRIBUTION IN THE LEADING CATERING/FOODSERVICE GROUPS
- Deploy hunting list system and diagnose mutual value propositions with potential customers
- Deploy category data and industry insights developing value-add and benefit-based sell-stories
- Manage and overcome objections influencing multiple key stakeholders and decision makers
- Increase depth of distribution and negotiate target sales volume and financial outcomes
EFFECTIVE BRAND EXECUTION
- Deliver outlet execution against Red Bull measures in-store and online
- Create customer launch programs & customer joint business plans
- Ensure Red Bull is activated at the point-of-decision and is included as an option in Meal Combos
- Deploy incremental sales strategy using occasion-based messaging to drive incremental purchases
- Secure mass placement of point-of-sale items in accounts
- Develop promotional program inclusive of Limited Time Offers
PREMIUM BRAND ACTIVATION
- Deploy Red Bull Consumer Promotions within Catering/Foodservice customers
- Engage and integrate Catering/Foodservice customers into Red Bull owned events
- Drive development of customer-specific consumer promotion
- Foster branded collaboration within Red Bull (with our Marketing team) and with the customer
- Input into the Red Bull business planning cycle
Qualifications :
- University Degree Preferred
- Minimum 4 years senior account management experience
- Has successfully worked with the leading Catering/Foodservice chains on the supplier side
- Understands the Catering/Foodservice segment and knows key stakeholders
- Superior verbal and written communication skills paired with strong presentation skills and commercial acumen
- Action-oriented; follows through and drives outcomes
