Job Summary

Role Purpose
You will work on interesting ERP implementation projects in the Production area and provide consultancy to TotalSoft clients for our suite of business software products.
What You Will Do
Provide consultancy services where needed using the TotalSoft Implementation Methodology and help manage any project conflicts or risks.
Analysis Work with clients to clearly understand their business requirements and determine how Charisma ERP can meet those needs through discussions and close collaboration with team members and the Product Management team.
Ensure that complete documentation of the proposed solution is provided for internal and external review and that the scope covers the project objectives while minimizing costs and risks.
Configuration Configure Charisma ERP to meet the analysis requirements and support testing of the solution internally and together with the client.
Issue Management Manage any project issues and risks to ensure smooth execution and escalate when necessary.
Testing Advise and assist the client where applicable in planning documenting and testing the solution to ensure it functions according to specifications.
Go-Live and Support Provide support before and after go-live during the clients transition to the new system and obtain the final project acceptance.
Ensure that all project issues are logged tracked and resolved during and after implementation.
Receive and deliver training on Charisma ERP to increase product and industry knowledge.

Relevant experience in production ERP implementations (ideally Charisma SAP Senior Navision Oracle)
Strong understanding of MRP BOM traceability costing and production planning processes
Ability to perform end-to-end analysis and configuration including integration with financials and procurement
