Job Summary
Regent Universitys School of Divinity is seeking to fill a full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Christian Ministry/Practical Theology. This position will be located at Regent Universitys Virginia Beach VA campus.

Work Location:Virginia Beach VA
Qualifications: Ordained minister with at least five years of pastoral experience in the local church. Teaching experience in higher education at the undergraduate level with masters and doctoral teaching experience isa plus. A track record of scholarly research in Christian Ministry or Practical Theology. Applied or academic doctoral degree in Christian Ministry or Practical Theology (. Ph.D. etc.)
Expectations include 1) a dedication to Christ-centered teaching and learning; 2) evidence of faithful and fruitful ministry focused on the proclamation of Christ (Colossians 1:28) and done in in demonstration ofthe Spirit... (1 Corinthians 2:4); 3) a record of or potential for academic scholarship; 4) the ability to teach graduate-level courses; 4) familiarity with online instructional technology; and 5) a willingness to embrace the School of Divinity and University Identity and Mission statements and subscribe to Regent Universitys statement of faith.
