We are seeking a Technology Support Specialist for our Support Center in Mount Pleasant Michigan who is highly detail-oriented has a positive attitude (even under pressure) and is self-motivated. The ideal candidate is an organized problem solver with strong time management skills. Technology Support Specialists are responsible for entering and editing service requests assisting with hardware/software/networking needs documenting processes performing new user and computer setups and more

You Have:

Two to three years experience troubleshooting hardware and software networks scanners printers and accessories
Working knowledge of networking printers and scanners
Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams experience is a plus!)
Ability to multitask or switch between tasks quickly
Proven customer service skills
Strong email and telephone etiquette
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Confident working alone or with a team
