Job Role:
To lead direct and monitor all security and vigilance operations nationwide ensuring protection of company assets personnel and infrastructure through proactive risk management and modern security technologies. The role ensures uninterrupted business continuity by maintaining a safe compliant and secure working environment across all company locations in coordination with LEAs and intelligence agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop implement and monitor a comprehensive Security & Vigilance Plan ensuring safety of company assets personnel and operations across all sites (depots retail outlets terminals head office)
- Formulate and execute risk mitigation and crisis management strategies to ensure uninterrupted business operations and protection from security threats
- Plan and oversee deployment of security technology solutions (CCTV biometric access fire and intrusion detection systems vehicle tracking drones etc.) for enhanced surveillance and control
- Conduct inquiries investigations and vigilance audits to detect fraud pilferage or operational lapses and recommend corrective and preventive actions
- Establish and maintain liaison with LEAs intelligence agencies government departments and other relevant stakeholders for information sharing and swift action in case of incidents
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs HSE regulations legal requirements and national security directives related to OMC operations
- Train and develop security personnel and ensure professional standards discipline and readiness across all security tiers
- Supervise contractors and third-party security agencies ensuring their adherence to service standards and company policies
- Manage departmental budgets effectively by optimizing resources and introducing technology-driven efficiencies to reduce costs
- Report analyze and present security performance metrics to management providing actionable insights for improvement
- Promote a security-aware culture within the organization through regular drills briefings and employee engagement programs
- Undertake any special tasks or assignments related to corporate investigations compliance or risk management as assigned by management
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably Masters from a renowned and HEC recognized university or institution
- Officers qualified in intelligence staff course will be given preference
- Additional Certifications: Criminology Security Management Risk Assessment Cyber/Information Security or Investigation Techniques will be an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 25 years of professional military experience preferably 10-15 years in an intelligence set-up at national/ provincial level. Experienced in maintaining effective liaison with central and state government bodies public sector undertakings and defense establishments to support organizational objectives and statutory compliance
- Demonstrated experience in conducting inquiries special investigations surveillance and vigilance audits
Requirements
- An officer from the Armed Forces (Colonel or equivalent rank) preferably with experience in intelligence counterintelligence or investigative assignments.
Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 45 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
