Job Summary:
The Telecom Field Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling telecom products and services to potential clients in person. This role requires strong interpersonal skills a passion for technology and the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person sales presentations to prospective customers.
- Identify potential markets and clients through research and networking.
- Demonstrate and explain telecom products and services clearly to customers.
- Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a regular basis.
- Provide product feedback and report on market trends to help the company improve its offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies.
- Attend meetings sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must have own Bike with license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable with direct customer interaction and confident in public speaking.
- Ability to travel locally and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic understanding of telecom products and services.
Qualifications:
- Intermediate or equivalent.
- Less than one year of direct sales experience preferably in a telecom or technology-related field.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
