Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data migration HCM Extracts report development Fast Formulas sandbox customizations and workflow configurations. This role is critical in supporting and enhancing our Oracle HCM Cloud environment to meet evolving business needs.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Design develop and maintain HCM Extracts for data integration and reporting purposes.
. Lead and execute data migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle HCM Cloud.
. Develop and optimize BI Publisher and OTBI reports to support HR operations and analytics.
. Create and maintain Fast Formulas for payroll absence benefits and other HCM modules.
. Perform sandbox customizations to tailor Oracle HCM Cloud applications to business requirements.
. Configure and manage workflows to streamline HR processes and approvals.
. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle HCM modules.
. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and implement new features as needed.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
. 4 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud development.
. Proven expertise in HCM Extracts Fast Formulas BI Publisher and OTBI.
. Experience with data migration strategies and tools.
. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules and sandbox customization.
. Familiarity with workflow configuration and process automation.
. Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
. Experience with HDL (HCM Data Loader) and PBL (Payroll Batch Loader).
. Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services for Oracle HCM integrations.
. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
. Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
