Job Description

Job Title- - Oracle HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Experience - 5-10

Location - PAN India

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements;-

The candidate is expected to have 8 to 15 years of expert domain knowledge inHCMcovering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-endHCMCloud Implementations.
The candidate must have good working experience on Time & Labor modules.
In-depth understanding ofHCMCloud Time & Labor business process and their data flow.
The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops design configuration testing and go-live.
Design and build/configuration of complex requirements for Time & Labor in Oracle Cloud.
Understand the business requirements for Time & Labor and interpret them to appropriate configurations on Oracle Cloud.
Able to write complex Fast Formulas for Time & Labor.
Good understanding of the interaction of Time & Labor with Payroll module.
Experience of migrating data from varied legacy systems for Time & Labor modules.
Good understanding of Integrations HDLHCMextracts data conversion for these modules.
